At Tail Skid Meadows we want to make your important day run as smoothly as possible.  To help ensure a truly "delightful" celebration, we now include a full day of coordinating services in our site fee.

This service includes:

• Providing vendor referrals and recommendations
• Review vendor contracts and develop wedding day itinerary
• Contact vendors for directions and send them an itinerary
• Coordination of wedding rehearsal
• Greet vendors and oversee set-up and site design
• Provide light lunch for wedding party
• Coordinate wedding ceremony
• Direct reception flow and cue all events
• Secure all gifts and envelopes with designated person

2010 Site Rates:

• Friday, Sundays and Off Season $2700
• Saturdays $3000

Our season runs from June 1st to September 15th.

Additional Services Offered

Flower Service: 

We grow flowers for celebrations.  Many of Tail Skid Meadows garden flowers make beautiful bridal bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages.  We can provide all your floral needs on-site.

Full Service Design/Coordinating:

Our design/coordination service creates and coordinates every aspect of your event.  It starts with helping you choose and visualize a concept for your event that is representative of you.  A free consultation will determine the fee for this service, depending on the size and structure of your event.
